We, the Homemakers of Wisconsin, believe in the sanctity of the Home, the cradle of character, blessed by motherly devotion and guarded by fatherly protection.
WE PLEDGE ourselves -
To work for the preservation and improvement of home and community life.
To strive for healthier minds and bodies and better living.
To promote the welfare of our boys and girls, the nation's greatest asset,
To be true to God and country and of lasting service to our homes and communities.
-Mrs. John Miese, Sauk County

Thought for the month: May your stuffing be tasty. May your turkey be plump. May your potatoes and gravy have nary a lump. May your yams be delicious and your pies take the prize, and may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off your thighs! ~Autuhor Unknown
Roll Call: If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
The orchard was in full bloom this past weekend. It seemed to warm up long enough to dress the girl's in matching dresses and snap a few pictures. Cedi was a little hesitant to cooperate at first but promise of chocolate cake helped fix that!
If you want to see any more beautiful pictures of the girls, the orchard and other various flower pictures from me just click HERE.
